Our Solution: Removing the rust from the locking mechanism wouldn’t have left much behind. So, we used a plasma cutter to remove the old lock and then welded on a matching replacement. We gave the hinges and swinging opener arms a thorough cleaning, scraping, and oiling. Mister Padrin will be giving his gate much more frequent maintenance going forward.

Wooden Gate Repair
Customer Issue: Ms. Gonzales’ wooden gate looked worse for wear, as it had aged substantially and sagged considerably as well. The wood itself also looked poor.
